Virginia Water Conference Exhibitors

As always, a limited amount of exhibit space will be available at the conference to be assigned on a first-pay, first-served basis. Exhibits include an area at least 6’ by 8’ with a 6’ skirted table and two chairs.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVED MEETING MATERIALS

Delivery of packages or other items should arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to the conference. Due to the volume of packages handled, please notify the Catering Department (804-379-3800) prior to all deliveries. The following information needs to be included on all packages:

Exhibit set-up can start after 1:30 PM on Sunday, March 4, 2018. Tear down should be completed by the end of lunch on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
