*Don’t miss submitting your abstract by the Early Bird Registration with Abstract deadline!  New this year: Authors who submit an abstract and register by this deadline will be automatically entered into a raffle to receive a prize. Prizes include two $100 gift cards as well as several other VLWA promotional items.

Refunds

Refunds are available for conference registration if the refund request is made by February 1 prior to the conference.  Refunds are NOT available for exhibit space and sponsorship.
