This presentation will highlight major Program changes that are part of the ongoing NFIP “Transformation” including enhanced data reporting and analytics, updates to the NFIP “Moonshot” efforts, and, perhaps most important, the upcoming introduction of a brand new rating methodology, Risk Rating 2.0.  Finally, we will touch upon outreach tools and strategies available to Floodplain Managers and other Stakeholders.
